Wow, it’s been quite some time since I’ve hopped on here to write a blog post. Embarrassingly, it took me a minute to remember the ins and outs of blogging again! I am hopping on here to tell you about my new venture Shop Revolutionist.

For the last 3 years I have been going back and forth on starting a business again. I had my own company when Luke was in preschool and it was overwhelming. Then I moved full time to this blog which I loved-but 4 more kids later it became too much to manage. The back and forth on whether I should or shouldn’t go at it again was exhausting I am sure, for the people around me. I just didn’t know if I could make the time, want to make the time, or could make the financial investment I know it takes to start a business. However, after being sick of myself thinking about it, I decided last winter to JUST JUMP IN! I finally buckled down and made some tough decisions about what kind of business I would want, what I had time for, and what I was really passionate about.

Side note* I LOVE talking business strategy so always down to chat about this.

Over the years I became more and more concerned with how we have been treating our earth but also just felt powerless that I could do anything about it (again 5 kids and no time!). Finally, I made some small steps over the years to reduce our carbon footprint and I thought, what if I had a shop where people like me could make small buys, and small changes but that make a huge a difference if enough people participated? And then my friends, Revolutionist was born. Read more about this here.

Over the years you guys, the readers, have supported me in so many ways and I am so grateful. I would love if you continue the journey with me over at the shop! If you are a subscriber already, thank you! If you’re new I would love if you could subscribe to the Shops email list.

I hope you all have an amazing holiday and thank you again for listening to me over here. You can also follow the shop on Instagram or follow the La Petite Peach Instagram that I have made my personal account.
