As promised yesterday in the kick off to the Mindful Morning’s series, here is a list of my must haves! I love the second portion of the series because it’s not items that I love or want right now, it’s a little insight into who I am!
My closest friends know that I can’t go too long without mac and cheese- or that I look completely ridiculous in the morning when I write in 600 layers/messy hair at my perfectly organized desk. It’s these little things that make up who we are and I am excited to share that with this second part of the Mindful Mornings series.
