When friends ask me what my favorite brands or places are for moms I get all types of flustered because there are SO MANY that I just adore. Coming up with a list of my favorite things from just this year was much easier and the perfect way to show some love for local cafes, artists and brands that have inspired me.  Although I could go on and on about all the wonderful companies I have worked with, here is my short list for 2015 favorites. I hope they become your favorites too!

Summer started early for us because Luke has been out of school since June 3rd! Although I was in a little bit of a panic (activities don’t really start until the end of June), I have to say that it’s nice not having to do the school hustle every dayyou know, packing lunches and rushing out the door. The kids sleep in until at least 9, which means I am getting a TON done in the morning and we have a nice (not rushed) family breakfast together.

I love going out for a long lunch more than anything, something there is no way to do with school in session since I need to get Wesleigh down for a nap not a minute later than 12:30 then wake her up to get Luke at school. Now we can be out and about and take our time. We went to the Brown Jug, a cute cafe the town next to us, for some exploring. Wesleigh and I are into the cheese selection-you can read more here.

I would love to know what your excited about when your little ones getting out of school! Comment below!

Wesleigh is wearing clothes from Baby Gap including this romper, shoes, and sweater-sold out but similar here. Thank you to Rebecca Hansen from First Mate Photo for shooting this for us.

Wesleigh and I were in New York City for Playtime New York a few weeks ago. We could not have left without visiting the Bonpoint Soho store…

Bonpoint is one of those children’s clothing companies I first fell in love with after having Luke. Of course it’s from France, but the quality of clothing is beyond compare. I have some things of Luke’s that made it 10 years and running for Wesleigh.

The shop in Soho is like stepping into your dream house in France. The weathered wooden floors complement the vintage chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. I could move in there and live happily ever after. Not to mention they are neighbors with Ladurée, and you can see their outdoor courtyard/cafe from the back windows.

The spring/summer line was already in the windows of the shop when we arrived, so Wesleigh and I did a little shopping. The New Mexico capsule collection (now in stores) is stunning, I can’t say enough how beautiful everything was in person. I love the dress we bought for Wesleigh, I receive nothing short of a hundred compliments when she wears it. People definitely notice the quality and immediately ask me where I got it. The pieces are definitely something you can pass down through multiple children.

Would love to hear what you think! Comment below!
