We are back in the office after a great two weeks of vacation! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate this, and summer, than with our first “recipe week”! For the past year we have tested the best recipes we can find from our favorite food blogs, as well as some new friends in the cooking world. Today we are kicking off with a delicious Watermelon Salad, perfect for entertaining, from the Forest Feast. Bon Appetite!

1. Lay a circular watermelon slice on each plate
2. Add thin slices of fresh mozzarella
3. Top with chopped basil, mint, walnuts and almonds
4. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and SERVE!
