Ice Cream in Paris by Elisa B. Photography

While on a family trip to Paris this summer, Elisa, from Elisa B Photography, took these GORGEOUS pics of her son eating ice cream along La Seine. Thanks so much to Elisa for sharing these with us, it couldn’t get any sweeter!

More from Elisa… “This past summer, we planned a full month of living in Paris for our little family of three. Although Paris is known as the city of love, we wouldn’t have dreamed of leaving our son three-year-old son Lucien behind during such an adventure. We rented a little apartment in Montmartre just a few blocks away from the Sacré Coeur, and nestled in what felt like a little neighborhood. We spent our days exploring the streets, shopping in markets and little stores, and sightseeing making sure that while exploring, there was plenty to interest Lucien.

Two of the activities that Lucien enjoyed most could be found right along the Siene. The first, was ice cream. We loved the mild summer weather of Paris, but when things got a little hot in the evening (and since we didn’t have air conditioning) we would walk up the street to the little ice cream shop for a cool treat. Our favorite spot for ice cream was when we stumbled upon a darling little ice cream truck parked in the 1st. Another huge hit with our son was the Paris tradition of importing a beach along the banks of the Siene for the month of August! We were delighted to find warm sand for our toes and palm trees and umbrellas to sit under while Lucien played”.
