BIG ANNOUCEMENT from La Petite Peach!
I have been so excited to write this post, that I think I wrote it about 30 times! There is something big happening at La Petite Peach, and I am SO excited to share it with you.
I started this blog for inspiration after living abroad in Italy with my son Luke, who was just a baby at the time. I was there to study writing, and although the education I received was bar none, what I actually experienced was priceless. Life in Europe was simple, we never wanted to come home (we did though!) and it boiled down to this… family, friends, and good food are what matters the most. I wanted to bottle this up, and bring it home with me… It took me some time to actually begin blogging, but then just last year I officially launched La Petite Peach as a reminder to always treasure what is most important in life. To always pick quality over quantity, and to savor every moment with my family.
This is the really exciting time in a bloggers life (I’m a blogger! Love that!), when blogging becomes an actual living, and breathing company! It became time to take it to the next level. So my friends, with the help of my amazing web designer (ya Hi Design!) this little blog is going to be redesigned into a brand new site that is more user friendly/modern. What this means is www.lapetitepeach.com is going to have a temporary place holder until the new design launches (check it out ASAP!), and we will still be blogging away on www.lapetitepeach.com/blog So keep reading along for updates! You can sign up on the new page (the screen will prompt you to sign up with your email) and you will be the FIRST to know when the new home of La Petite Peach is live!
This winter we (Luke and I) starred in a short film with IDo Films that will be on the temp page for you to view! We had such an amazing time working with Lori, Matt and Elan (and Alix!!) on this, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!

This week we saw SO many great fashions from the Petite Parade and Vogue Bambini runway shows! On Monday and Tuesday we got to see parts 1 and two of the show (super exciting), on Wednesday we saw our favorites from Ki-6
and Baby CZ then finally on Thursday Il Gufo took the stage!

Happy 1st Birthday La Petite Peach!
Today, a year ago, I made my first La Petite Peach post! I am in awe of the support from family and friends and…readers! I am still in shock, and so humbled that I have readers (that aren’t related to me!). I started La Petite Peach so I could share some of the European lifestyle I saw while abroad with my little one. I love being able to write about the many photographers, travelers, bakers, chefs, designers AND families that remind me every day to stop and smell the roses. But most importantly…love and family is everything!
Thanks so much for your continued support. I am SO looking forward to many fun surprises this spring, and for many years to come!

We just got back from a fun weekend in Boston and now we are getting ready for the Super Bowl, GO PATS!
